Ben Paris, BS-Chief Operating Officer

As COO of Paris Counseling, Ben wears many hats—and wears them well. He manages the day-to-day operations of the company, including IT, payroll, marketing, social media, and overall company performance. Whether it’s solving a tech issue, making sure payroll runs smoothly, or creating systems that help the team thrive, Ben is the go-to person for keeping everything on track.

Ben is always available to support our therapists, staff, and clients. His approachable, calm, and solution-focused attitude makes him a steady presence at Paris Counseling. If something’s not working, Ben will figure it out—and probably fix three other things along the way.

He also oversees our social media presence, helping share our mission and message with the community in a way that’s authentic and engaging.

Ben’s favorite part of the job? Helping people do their best work by removing the obstacles in their way. If you have a question or concern, he’s always happy to help.
