Grief and Loss Counseling
Grief is a deeply personal experience that can show up emotionally, physically, and mentally. It does not follow a timeline or a set of stages, and it can feel different from one day to the next. At Paris Counseling LLC, we provide a supportive space to help you move through loss in a way that feels safe, grounded, and authentic to you.
Grief counseling can help with the loss of a loved one, as well as other significant life changes such as relationship loss, health changes, or major transitions. Whatever your experience of grief looks like, you do not have to go through it alone.
In therapy, we help you:

Our approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental. There is no “right way” to grieve. Sessions move at your pace, allowing space for both processing and moments of relief, reflection, and grounding.
