Designed with your convenience in mind, the portal gives you 24/7 control over your mental health journey. Once inside, existing clients can securely sign in with a password-free email link or their Google account to instantly view upcoming telehealth appointments, complete intake paperwork, update insurance info, and make secure online payments.
If you are a new client, simply select “Request Appointment” to complete our brief prescreener, view our therapists’ open schedules across our Greenwood, Lawrence, and Plainfield offices, and book your consultation call.
The Portal Menu Breakdown (What Clients See & Can Do)
When clients land on the Client Portal, they have three primary, clear pathways:
1. “Sign In” (For Existing Clients)
Secure, Password-Free Access: No more forgotten passwords. Clients enter their registered email address to receive a secure, password-free login link directly to their inbox, or they can choose to Continue with Google for single-click access.
Telehealth & Documents: Once logged in, current clients can launch their secure video therapy sessions, message their therapist, and sign or upload necessary digital consent forms.
2. “Request Appointment” (For New Clients)
Select a Provider & Location: New clients can browse our full team of licensed therapists and view availability for our physical offices in Greenwood (Smith Valley Rd) and Lawrence/Indianapolis (Otis Ave), as well as our Telehealth-only options.
Complete the Prescreener: Clients will be guided through a quick, seamless intake flow to ensure their clinical needs match perfectly with our specialties (such as CBT, trauma recovery, or psychiatric medication management) before scheduling.
3. “Online Payments & Insurance”
Seamless Billing: Through the secure portal interface, clients can safely store a credit or HSA/FSA card on file, view and download billing statements, statements for insurance (superbills), and pay outstanding balances on their own time.
