Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a powerful therapy approach that helps people process experiences that may feel emotionally or physically “stuck.” Developed from the understanding that where we look affects how we feel, Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to help access deeper parts of the brain connected to emotion, trauma, stress, and regulation.
Brainspotting may help with:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Trauma and stressful experiences
ADHD and emotional regulation
Burnout and chronic stress
Grief and loss
Self-esteem and confidence
Feeling emotionally “stuck”
Performance and test anxiety
Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting does not require you to have all the words for what you are feeling. It allows the brain and body to process experiences more deeply and naturally, often accessing patterns and emotions that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone.
At Paris Counseling LLC, Brainspotting is offered in a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Sessions move at your pace and are tailored to your comfort level and individual needs.
Our goal is to help clients feel more regulated, connected, grounded, and empowered as they move through healing and growth.
