    Life can be messy – full of unexpected twists and turns. Sometimes it feels like something is missing, that we have lost our way, or that we are stuck. Therapy is helpful for navigating these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore issues and work towards their goals using a non-judgmental, practical, and respectful approach.

    I am a licensed mental health professional with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with clients on issues related to depression, mood, anxiety, substance use, relationships, trauma, grief, adjustment, and other stressors. I find value in a variety of treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

    Starting therapy can feel daunting and I applaud you for taking this first step. I am eager to listen open mindedly and work collaboratively using creative problem-solving, patience, and an empathetic ear while balancing comfort and accountability.
