Hayley Craig, LCSW
My goal is always to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and inclusive environment for clients to come as they are. I have a strong sense of compassion and commitment to helping others and understand that, for some, beginning counseling may be a difficult decision. In general, I like to build on strengths that patients already possess and use those skills as building blocks to reach individual and family goals.
I specialize in working with grief and loss, trauma and healing, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I enjoy working with teens and young adults to help with problems adjusting, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, unhealthy boundaries with family, friends, or others, self-esteem, and self-worth. I utilize an integrative approach and adapt methodology based on the needs of the client. My style is interactive and client-centered with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. We will work together to develop a plan to reach individualized goals. We will identify and utilize new ways to cope, as you learn who you are and what you want for yourself.
