Amber Motz, LCSW
I am currently taking new clients.
If you are experiencing a life crisis, have been feeling overwhelmed, sad, stressed, anxious, or angry, therapy can provide a safe space to explore your emotions, find clarity, receive support, and develop coping strategies.
I am a licensed mental health professional with over ten years of experience working with youth and adults in home, school, and community based settings. I have been working in private practice for over 3 years helping clients navigate personal and relationship stress and challenges. I offer a safe and supportive space where clients who at first feel overwhelmed, anxious and unhappy begin and continue to face and overcome challenges and experience improved well being. Hope and healing is possible, and I strive to help clients achieve this by offering a compassionate strengths based and client centered approach, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, dialectical behavior therapy techniques, mindfulness practices, and trauma informed care. I genuinely care about helping people improve their lives and I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience and achieve their goals. I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I accept Anthem, Self Pay, and payments from Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If you want to work with me, please include my name in the comment box**
