As Operational Advisor & Strategist for Paris Counseling’s Greenwood, Plainfield, and Lawrence locations, Ben oversees the systems, technology, and behind-the-scenes infrastructure that allow our team to deliver consistent, high-quality behavioral health care across Central Indiana. From IT and scheduling platforms to compliance and staff support, Ben is the steady hand that holds the operation together.

With nearly 20 years of experience building and running organizations, Ben brings a calm, solutions-first approach to every challenge. He’s the person our team calls when something isn’t working and the reason it usually gets fixed before most people notice.

Ben’s driving belief is simple: when obstacles are out of the way, people do their best work. That applies to our therapists, our administrative staff, and ultimately, to every client who walks through our doors.
